We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:
– unused,
– undamaged,
– clean,
– and carefully protected (preferably in the original packaging or similar protective materials).
You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Returns sent back to us without first requesting approval cannot be accepted.
Unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by us, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours — so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include:
– your order number
– photos of the item
– photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
Note: All Arturas pieces are hand-printed. Slight variations in ink coverage and texture are normal and not considered defects.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
– personalised or custom-made products
– digital products (if applicable)
– gift cards
Sale items can only be returned if they were delivered damaged or incorrect.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us beforehand.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process the refund.
