SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
Each Arturas piece is hand-carved, hand-printed, trimmed and packaged in Ostend, Belgium.
Standard items
– Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days after payment.
– During busy periods (markets, holidays) processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed when possible.
Pre-order items (e.g., tote bags)
– Pre-order products have a longer production window.
– The expected shipping timeframe will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
– When your pre-order item is ready, your full order will be shipped together, unless otherwise communicated.
If you need items separately or urgently, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Shipping methods
We ship via trusted carriers such as bpost, DHL, and others, depending on destination, weight and parcel size.
Belgium

Small prints & cards (A6–A5): shipped as letterbox package

Larger prints (A4–A3) & tote bags: shipped as parcel
European Union

Small prints & cards: shipped as international letterbox package

Shipping costs & handling fee
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country and the weight/size of your order.
Free shipping is offered after a certain amount:
Belgium: Free shipping above 35 euro
France, Germany, The Netherlands: 45 euro
Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland: 50 euro
Delivery times
These delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers:

Belgium: 1–3 working days after shipment

Neighbouring EU countries: 3–7 working days
Delays caused by the carrier (strikes, seasonal traffic, customs checks, etc.) are unfortunately out of our control.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel appears lost, delayed or stuck in transit:

We will open an investigation with the carrier

We will keep you updated throughout the process
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

We can reship it once the correct address has been provided
