These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website.

Products

All Arturas pieces are hand-carved and hand-printed, which means:

• slight variations in ink texture, pressure and alignment are normal,

• no two prints are identical,

• product photos aim to be as accurate as possible but colours may vary depending on your screen.

This handmade character is part of the unique nature of each Arturas artwork.

Prices & VAT

All prices are shown in euros (EUR).

Arturas operates under the small business VAT exemption in Belgium, which means VAT is not applicable.

Shipping costs and any handling fee are displayed separately during checkout before you confirm your order.

Ordering process

1. Add one or more items to your cart.

2. Enter your contact and shipping details.

3. Choose your payment method.

4. Complete the order and receive an automatic confirmation email.

A binding purchase agreement is created once payment is successfully completed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Mollie or Wix Payents, using methods such as Bancontact, credit card and others depending on your country.

Arturas never has access to your full payment details.

Pre-orders

Certain items — such as tote bags — may be offered as pre-order:

Your full order will be shipped once all items are ready, unless agreed otherwise.

If you need part of your order sooner, please contact us before purchasing.

Shipping & delivery

Information about shipping carriers, costs and delivery times is available in the Shipping Policy.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (and tracking when applicable).

Arturas is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Right of withdrawal & returns

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:

• contact us within 48 hours,

• include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Together we’ll find a suitable solution (replacement, new print, partial refund…).

Intellectual property

All Arturas designs, prints, images, text and branding elements are protected by copyright.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell or distribute them without written permission from Arturas.

Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR and Belgian law.

Applicable law & jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the district of Ghent, division Ostend, unless consumer protection rules prescribe otherwise.
